Estefanía is a dedicated Community Social Services worker who is passionate about empowering others and making a positive impact. As an immigrant, she understands the barriers many individuals and families face and is committed to helping them overcome challenges. Project Coordinator for the Youth Overcoming Mental Health Stigma Through Sustainable Employment Program at Youth Now on Track Services (YNOT), where he leads initiatives that equip youth with employability skills, mental health awareness, and pathways to sustainable careers. He holds an Advanced Diploma in Computer Systems Technology – Networking from Centennial College and has built a reputation for delivering structured, outcome-driven programs that foster inclusion, resilience, and long-term success. Godswill is deeply committed to strengthening communities through education, mentorship, and equitable access to opportunities. His work reflects a strong dedication to supporting youth integration into the labour market while advancing initiatives that promote social impact and economic participation across diverse communities.
