In my opinion, any problem/need can be solved with great planning and teamwork. This has led me to become a social change champion, community mobilizer, advocate, and development specialist who has dedicated her career to increasing the capacity for marginalized, racialized, and at-risk communities.
I have over a decade of experience in People Management, Project Management, Education, and Counselling, with a strong background in Information Technology.
As an immigrant, I am passionate about assisting newcomers in successfully transitioning into jobs that match their own skills, capabilities, and interests. I believe that investing in youth specifically is an opportunity to invest in our future, therefore we amplify their voices and ensure their ability to interact with the world around them.
Ade is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Hi, my name is Faith Oha, I am 15 years old and I work with YNOT summer camp. I am currently a youth mentor and a volunteer who supports children by bringing them joy to the fullest. I’m in grade 10 and presently enrolled in Madonna Catholic Secondary school.
YNOT, is a place of success, understanding and perseverance. It’s a place where it provides children with learning skills, and the ability to aim higher to reach their goals in life!
I was once a YNOT camper, and I can definitely say that based on my experience there, that YNOT supplies you with the talent you need in order for you to have a great future.
I am glad to be working with them as mentor. It brings me gratitude, knowing that I’m helping these kids by learning with them and building them up for the future.
