The parenting support covers a wide range of challenges, including child development, effective disciplining strategies, communication skills, stress management, and strong parent-child interactions.
This support typically emphasizes the importance of self-care for parents, recognizing that their well-being directly affects their ability to parent effectively. It takes various forms including individual counselling, group workshops, educational materials, and community resources.
