Youth Now on Track Services was delighted to host the Canadian Mental Health Association, where they discussed the severity of stress and its many causes in our daily lives. The facilitator of the workshop, Ari, discussed the advantages of setting limits, stress indicators, and beneficial methods to alleviate tension.

Youth will not be able to recognize stress because they are often not the target of it, but its effect on youth and how that may manifest should not be discounted.

The workshop not only addressed tension, but also provided tools and advice applicable to numerous other mental health issues.

Ari’s and the community’s conversation have prompted a discussion about awareness and prevention with numerous takeaways.

Once again, the workshop was beneficial and received outstanding responses.
