Youth Now on Track Services was excited to invite Bartholemew Hugh Campbell to facilitate a workshop on Balancing your mood. He touched on how Balancing your mood, will result in good Mental, Spiritual and Physical health at every stage of your life. His knowledge and ability to interact with the participants have opened up a forum for participants questions.

Bartholemew spoke about taking responsibility for one’s life and developing one’s own philosophies, the prevalence of mental health issues, and how they are not always categorized as illnesses. Numerous studies have demonstrated that your mood can affect your perception, motivation, decision-making, social interactions, and even your memory and attention. The workshop covered methods for actively balancing our mood and preventing it from becoming unbalanced.

Due to the topic’s applicability to multiple age groups, we had youth as well as adults attend our presentation. Many have expressed interest in Bartholomew’s workshop and valued his ability to relate through personal experiences; we hope to see him again for another informative presentation.
